Wine With A Twist
By now it is fairly commonplace for wine writers and reporters to take up blogging. Though there was a time when this kind of event was cause for interest for what it meant for blogging, now its cause for interest simply because it presents another source of likely sophisticated and well-written information and entertainment.
The most recent established wine writer to take up blogging is Janice Fuhrman. Fuhrman is a long time wine writer who has been published by the San Francisco Chronicle, Wine Enthusiast, The Contra Costa Times, Decanter as well as being a book author. Her new blog, "Wine With A Twist", is something to put on your radar if only because it looks to be a source of reviews and coverage of the wine world by someone with both talent and knowledge.
Not to take away from Janice, but there’s a new guy on the scene now, too. He’s Chris Riccobono, and he does short, very entertaining videos on pardonthatvine.com reviewing moderately priced wines. I love it; very relaxed. Not a wine snob at all. Good luck to all!
This is really good news. Thanks for sharing it with us with such unreserved enthusiasm. I suppose if I ever get around to creating a blog, I can expect its announcement to be as exciting an yesterday’s temperatures in eastern Europe.
Another darn trademark infringement. Sigh. But the writing looks good – thanks for the tip!
