The Not So Professional Winemaker
Quite a long time ago I began explaining to clients and to readers of this blog and to audiences that the real impact on the wine world from the emergence of the Internet was the sudden access we all had to voices that otherwise we would have never heard from.
My current Favorite Voice is Stewart Dorman: The Not So Professional Winemaker
VARIETALS I CAN’T REMEMBER
WHY I USE A CORKSCREW
ALL ABOUT THE VINEYARD
Though thoroughly unprofessional as you can see, Stewart Dorman is in fact a damn fine winemaker and has been doling out his Adrian Fog Pinot Noirs via a mailing list and waiting list for almost 20 years. He’s a single vineyard guy working with a number of very nice vineyards in Sonoma and Mendocino. And yet despite is thorough unprofessionalism, he cracks me up
I INVENTED THE D-STEMMER
A COUPLE OF SINGLES WON’T DO ANY GOOD
IT’S CONTROLLED BY A BRAIN OVER HERE
You can follow The Not So Professional Winemaker on Stewart Dorman’s Facebook page. You can learn more about Adrian Fog Winery at http://www.adrianfog.com.
I DON’T LIKE BANANAS, BUT I LIKE IT IN THE BREAD FORM
COW FLAVORED CRACKERS
Don’t know Steward, but ended up your friend on FB, and enjoy the zani-ness. Look forward to sampling your wines when next up North. Thank You!
