Water Into Wino

I like to catch’em in their infancy. And "yesterday" definitely feels like infancy to me. WATER INTO WINO is a new wine blog that launched….yesterday. Yet, nine posts have been entered already. This is a very good start. We don’t have an identity of the new blogger, but based on the wines he’s reviewed and the fact that he’s (is it a "he"?) happy to have gotten the new Astor Wines catalog, I’m placing him somewhere in New York state….

Wine (and Food) Blog Awards

Kate at Accidental Hedonist is at it again, taking nominations for BEST FOOD (and wine) BLOGS OF THE YEAR. The Nomintionprocess is open until December 16. Get over there and support your favorite food and wine blogs. Alder at Vinography took the prize last year for best wine blog and is surely a favorite this year. But since last year’s awards there must be over 100 new blogs out there.
