Alice Has A Blog!!
This is good news. While I don’t agree with her on a number of topics (she buys into the "Mondovino Line" and appears to believe biodynamic farming works), this woman can write!!! Feiring writes regularly for Time Magazine. She’s been published just about everywhere. She the kind of writer who would be the perfect "wine correspondent" for The New Yorker if they those doyens of coastal culture would cover wine.
Feiring is opinionated, well-connected, a wonderful writer, and clearly someone who enjoys what she does.
I only wish she’d post more often and that she’d install an RSS feed on her site. Until then, I’ll just have to keep a watch out for her moving up the list at Wine Blog Watch or poke my head in to her site on a regular basis to see if there’s something new.
Thanks for pointing us to her, Tom. Her articles pop right off the screen.
Too bad she’s unwilling to put up with potential criticism. I have little use for preachy blogs with no comment option.
